The company

One partner, from the drawing to the last burner test

Most kitchens pass through three sets of hands — a designer, a trader and an installer who’ve never met. Drawings get value-engineered in transit, and nobody owns the result. We removed the hand-offs.

Because design, fabrication and commissioning all sit under one roof, the layout that looks right on the drawing is the layout that works on the line. That single thread of accountability is the whole point of BRASARO.

Founded in Shanghai

BRASARO begins as a kitchen design studio, drawing layouts around how chefs actually cook.

2012

Own fabrication workshop

Stainless fabrication is brought fully in-house — direct control of build quality and lead time.

2015

First export projects

Complete turnkey kitchens shipped and commissioned across South-East Asia and the Middle East.

2018

Export operations scale

A dedicated export and on-site commissioning team is formed to deliver and install complete kitchens abroad.

2021

4,000th kitchen delivered

Cook-chill and central-production capability added, extending the line into high-volume catering.

BRASARO grew out of years in professional kitchens before it was ever an engineering company. We know where the heat builds, where the bottleneck forms, and what a chef needs within arm’s reach when the tickets stack up.
